Home2own has been appointed HomeBuy Agent for Herefordshire and Worcestershire for a three year period from April 2006.

HomeBuy Agency is a Government led initiative intended as a one stop shop for people on moderate incomes who are looking for affordable homes. Our purpose is to help those who cannot afford to buy a home outright, allowing them to build on the share they own in their property over time, depending on income.

We must stress that the Open Market HomeBuy product is proving highly popular and the funding is limited. It is quite possible therefore that the funding will run out at certain times in the year.
