Home2own has been appointed HomeBuy Agent for Herefordshire and Worcestershire for a two year period from April 2006.

HomeBuy is a Government led initiative intended as a one stop shop for people on moderate incomes who are looking for affordable homes. Our purpose is to help those who cannot afford to buy a home outright, allowing them to build a stake in their own home by increasing the use of HomeBuy products.

HomeBuy can assist those who wish to buy a property outright or gradually build a share in their property over time depending on income.

We must stress that the Open Market HomeBuy product is already proving highly popular and our funding is limited. It is quite possible therefore that the funding will run out at certain times in the year.
